Ethical Investment Seminar poster

2.30 - 5 pm

This seminar has been organised to promote pioneers in social and green finance.  As specialists in this field we are familiar with the many great organisations and individuals active in social and environmental finance. We recognise the growing demand for socially responsible finance, post the financial crisis and the gap between that of the wider public and our knowledge.  We will be bringing together four different organisations at one event to educate and inform the wider public of the work we and they do and its significance.

The speakers include two investment managers: Charlie Thomas, fund manager of the Jupiter Ecology Fund and Bryn Jones, lead fund manager of the Rathbones Ethical Bond Fund.  Also speakers from the ShareAction charity (who promote Responsible Investment by pension funds and fund managers) and Foundation East (an East Anglian community finance organisation) talking about the work they do and their organisation and what they believe will be important drivers for change in the future.

This event is free to attend, Investing Ethically Ltd will donate £5 for each attendee to the Greenhouse Trust in Norwich, a local environmental charity aiming to encourage sustainable living.
