About ATNF: ATNF assesses food and beverage manufacturers’ policies, practices and disclosure on tackling both obesity and diet-related chronic diseases and undernutrition, using its ‘Corporate Profile’ methodology. The first Global Access to Nutrition Index was published in March 2013; the second Global Index will be published in late 2015. Health and nutrition are among the most important drivers of future growth in the food and beverage sector. Those manufacturers that are most effective in anticipating and responding to these drivers will be better positioned to deliver superior and more sustained financial performance over time.
