Money has come to play an inordinately important role in today’s world, and the way in which we relate to it has far reaching repercussions that are not always self-evident. The allocation of money drives, intentionally and unintentionally, all aspects of society. How we create, use and live with money has gone beyond its utility function to have a long-term impact on the structure and fabric of society affecting wealth distribution and inequality as well as debt burden around the world.
